1. Хостинг и электронная почта

• Contabo — сервер приложения и база данных PostgreSQL. Хранит все записи об аккаунтах, компаниях, брендах, постах и платежах.
• Cloudflare (R2) — файловое хранилище. Хранит изображения и видео постов, логотипы брендов, фотографии и записи голоса ведущих.
• Наш почтовый провайдер (SMTP) — доставляет письма с подтверждением, сбросом пароля и уведомлениями. Получает ваш адрес электронной почты и текст письма.

2. Искусственный интеллект

• Google (Gemini API) — создаёт тексты, изображения и видео постов, изучает бренд по его открытому сайту, находит новости для новостных постов через Google Поиск и отвечает на вопросы в чате поддержки. Получает промпты, данные бренда, изображения и сообщения, нужные для каждого запроса.
• ElevenLabs — клонирует голос ведущего по загруженным вами записям, озвучивает сценарии ведущих и расшифровывает их речь в текст. Получает записи голоса и текст сценария.

3. Вход

Используются, только если вы выбираете такой способ входа:

• Google — «Войти через Google». Передаёт нам ваше имя, адрес электронной почты и идентификатор аккаунта.
• Apple — «Войти через Apple». Передаёт нам ваш адрес электронной почты (или скрытый адрес для пересылки), имя и идентификатор аккаунта.

4. Социальные сети

Только для подключённых вами каналов. Они получают публикуемые вами посты и токен доступа, который позволяет нам действовать от вашего имени:

• Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) — публикация постов, их удаление по вашему запросу и чтение статистики.
• LinkedIn — публикация постов.
• TikTok — публикация постов.

5. Платежи и рефералы

• M-Solution (mPay) — оплата планов картой на сайте и в приложении и автопродление с сохранённой картой. Данные карты вводятся на странице mPay; IXSocial хранит только токен карты, маскированный номер карты, её тип, банк и срок действия.
• Apple App Store и Google Play — только для покупок через магазин в мобильном приложении.
• RefBonus — реферальные коды. Только при использовании реферального кода: получает код, внутренний идентификатор компании и сумму платежа.

6. Мобильное приложение

• Expo — доставляет push-уведомления в мобильное приложение через Apple и Google. Получает push-токен устройства и текст уведомления.

7. Чего мы не делаем

2. Artificial intelligence

• Google (Gemini API) — generates post texts, images and videos, researches a brand from its public website, finds news for news posts with Google Search, and answers support chat questions. Receives the prompts, brand details, images and messages needed for each request.
• ElevenLabs — clones a presenter’s voice from the recordings you upload, speaks presenter scripts, and transcribes presenter audio. Receives the voice recordings and the script text.

3. Sign-in

Used only if you choose to sign in this way:

• Google — "Sign in with Google". Shares your name, email address and account identifier with us.
• Apple — "Sign in with Apple". Shares your email address (or a private relay address), name and account identifier with us.

4. Social networks

Only for the channels you connect. They receive the posts you publish and the access token that authorises us to act for you:

• Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) — publishing posts, deleting them on request, and reading their statistics.
• LinkedIn — publishing posts.
• TikTok — publishing posts.

5. Payments and referrals

• M-Solution (mPay) — card payments for plans on the web and in the app, and automatic renewal with a saved card. Card details are entered on mPay’s page; IXSocial keeps only the card token, the masked card number, its type, bank and expiry date.
• Apple App Store and Google Play — only for purchases made through the store in the mobile app.
• RefBonus — referral codes. Only when a referral code is used: receives the code, an internal company reference and the payment amount.

6. Mobile app

• Expo — delivers push notifications to the mobile app through Apple and Google. Receives the device’s push token and the notification text.

7. What we do not do
