Sub-processors

IXSocial relies on the providers below to run the service. Each one processes data only on our instructions and only for the purpose stated next to it.

When this list changes, this page and its "Last updated" date are revised.

1. Hosting and email

  • Contabo — application server and PostgreSQL database. Holds all account, company, brand, post and payment records.
  • Cloudflare (R2) — file storage. Holds post images and videos, brand logos, and presenter photos and recordings.
  • Our email provider (SMTP) — delivers verification, password reset and notification emails. Receives your email address and the message.

2. Artificial intelligence

  • Google (Gemini API) — generates post texts, images and videos, researches a brand from its public website, finds news for news posts with Google Search, and answers support chat questions. Receives the prompts, brand details, images and messages needed for each request.
  • ElevenLabs — clones a presenter’s voice from the recordings you upload, speaks presenter scripts, and transcribes presenter audio. Receives the voice recordings and the script text.

3. Sign-in

Used only if you choose to sign in this way:

  • Google — "Sign in with Google". Shares your name, email address and account identifier with us.
  • Apple — "Sign in with Apple". Shares your email address (or a private relay address), name and account identifier with us.

4. Social networks

Only for the channels you connect. They receive the posts you publish and the access token that authorises us to act for you:

  • Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) — publishing posts, deleting them on request, and reading their statistics.
  • LinkedIn — publishing posts.
  • TikTok — publishing posts.

5. Payments and referrals

  • M-Solution (mPay) — card payments for plans on the web and in the app, and automatic renewal with a saved card. Card details are entered on mPay’s page; IXSocial keeps only the card token, the masked card number, its type, bank and expiry date.
  • Apple App Store and Google Play — only for purchases made through the store in the mobile app.
  • RefBonus — referral codes. Only when a referral code is used: receives the code, an internal company reference and the payment amount.

6. Mobile app

  • Expo — delivers push notifications to the mobile app through Apple and Google. Receives the device’s push token and the notification text.

7. What we do not do
