Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-26
IXSocial publishes in your name to real audiences, and its AI tools can write text, make images, and put a face and a voice on screen. This policy sets out what the service may not be used for. It applies to everything you create, upload, or publish through IXSocial, on the website and in the app, and forms part of the /terms.
1. Prohibited content
You may not use IXSocial to create, store, or publish:
- Anything that is illegal in Azerbaijan or in the country where it is published, or that promotes illegal activity.
- Sexual content involving minors, in any form. We have zero tolerance: accounts are closed and the content is reported to the authorities.
- Intimate or sexual images of a real person shared without their consent, and sexually explicit content in general.
- Hate speech, or content that attacks or demeans people on the basis of ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics.
- Harassment, threats, bullying, doxxing, or incitement to violence or self-harm.
- Deceptive or misleading content: false claims presented as fact, fake reviews or testimonials, and fraudulent offers.
- Health, financial, or investment scams, and claims that a product cures or prevents disease without evidence.
- Deceptive political or election content, including false information about how, when, or where to vote.
- Impersonating a person, brand, or organisation, or suggesting an endorsement that does not exist.
- Malware, phishing links, or anything designed to steal data or credentials.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property, or that discloses someone’s private information without a legal basis.
2. Real people, presenters, and deepfakes
- A presenter may use a real person’s photos or voice recordings only with that person’s documented consent to be shown and voiced in AI-generated videos. Keep that consent and provide it if we ask.
- Do not make a real person appear to say or do something they have not agreed to.
- Do not create presenters that resemble or imitate public figures, celebrities, politicians, or officials, or use their voices.
- If the person withdraws their consent, stop using their presenter and remove it.
3. AI-generated content
AI output can be wrong, outdated, or similar to existing works. Review every text, image, and video before you publish it. Where a social platform’s rules or the law require AI-generated or synthetic content to be labelled, label it — and never present AI-generated material as real footage of real events.
4. Rules of the social platforms
Everything published through IXSocial must also comply with the rules of the network it is published to — the policies of Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), LinkedIn, and TikTok. A platform may restrict an account that breaks its rules regardless of this policy.
5. Prohibited technical behaviour
- Spam, fake engagement, buying or selling followers, and publishing the same content in bulk across accounts to manipulate reach.
- Connecting or publishing to social media accounts you are not authorised to manage.
- Getting around plan limits or credits — for example by creating several companies to collect free credits.
- Sharing a sign-in between people, or giving access to people outside your company, other than through the members your administrators invite.
- Reselling or sublicensing access to IXSocial without a written agreement with IKTex.
- Scraping, reverse engineering, overloading, or interfering with the service, or calling its API other than through the website and the app.
- Probing, scanning, or testing the security of the service without our permission. If you find a vulnerability, please report it to info@iktex.az and give us time to fix it before disclosing it.
6. Enforcement
If we learn of a breach, we may remove the content, stop a scheduled post, disable a feature, or suspend or close the account or company, depending on how serious the breach is and whether it is repeated. Where possible we tell you what happened and why. We report illegal content to the competent authorities where the law requires it. Credits and paid time lost through enforcement are not refunded.
7. Reporting abuse
If you see content published through IXSocial that breaks this policy — or a presenter that uses your face or voice without your consent — write to info@iktex.az with a link or description. We review every report.
