1. Xidmətin təsviri

IXSocial sosial media postlarının hazırlanması, təsdiqlənməsi, planlaşdırılması və qoşulmuş hesablara dərc edilməsi üçün platformadır; mətn yazmaq, şəkil və aparıcılı video yaratmaq üçün süni intellekt alətləri də var. Şirkətin IKTex ilə ayrıca yazılı müqaviləsi olduqda (məsələn, Enterprise müqaviləsi) həmin müqavilə bu şərtlərlə ziddiyyət təşkil etdiyi hissədə üstünlük təşkil edir.

2. Kimlər istifadə edə bilər

IXSocial biznes və peşəkar istifadə üçün alətdir. Ən azı 16 yaşınız olmalıdır; şərtləri şirkət adından qəbul edərkən həmin şirkəti öhdəlik altına almaq səlahiyyətiniz olduğunu təsdiq edirsiniz.

3. Hesablar, şirkətlər və rollar

• Giriş e-poçt və şifrə ilə, Google və ya Apple vasitəsilə mümkündür. Giriş məlumatlarınızı məxfi saxlayın və bir hesabı bir neçə nəfər arasında bölüşməyin.
• Hər hesab bir şirkətə aiddir. Şirkətin administratorları üzvləri dəvət edir, hər üzvün hansı brendləri görəcəyini seçir və üzvləri silə bilir.
• Hesab məlumatlarınızı doğru saxlayın. Hesabınız altında görülən bütün işlərə görə məsuliyyət daşıyırsınız; sui-istifadə şübhəsi yarandıqda dərhal info@iktex.az ünvanına məlumat verin.

4. Sosial şəbəkə hesablarının qoşulması

Kanal qoşarkən yalnız sahibi olduğunuz və ya adından çıxış etməyə səlahiyyətiniz olan hesabları qoşduğunuzu təsdiq edirsiniz. IXSocial yalnız sizin göstərişinizlə post dərc edir.

Qoşulmuş platformaların (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok) öz istifadə şərtləri və məzmun qaydaları da tətbiq olunur. Həmin qaydaların pozulması nəticəsində hesabınıza platforma tərəfindən tətbiq edilən məhdudiyyətlərə görə IKTex məsuliyyət daşımır.

Giriş tokenlərinin etibarlılıq müddəti platforma tərəfindən müəyyən edilir (Meta üçün 60 gün). Müddət bitdikdə kanalın yenidən qoşulması tələb olunur.

5. Planlar, kreditlər və ödəniş

Ödəniş, ləğv və geri qaytarma qaydaları ətraflı şəkildə /refunds səhifəsində təsvir olunub və bu şərtlərin bir hissəsidir.

• Post yaratmaq və dərc etmək üçün şirkətin planı olmalıdır. Free bir dəfəlik süni intellekt krediti verir; Basic süni intellektsiz tətbiqdir; ödənişli planlar aylıq süni intellekt limiti və daha çox brend əlavə edir; Enterprise komandamızla razılaşdırılır.
• Süni intellekt əməliyyatları kredit ("t") xərcləyir. Əməliyyatın qiyməti icra etməzdən əvvəl göstərilir. Ödənişli planın limiti həm aylıq, həm illik ödənişdə hər aylıq dövrün əvvəlində verilir və növbəti dövrə keçmir.
• Planın limitindən artıq brendlər, plan buna imkan verdikdə, ödənişli əlavə kimi alına bilər.
• Ödənişli planlar ödəniş provayderimiz vasitəsilə bank kartı ilə, aylıq və ya illik alınır. Cari qiymətlər ödənişdən əvvəl qiymətlər səhifəsində və Ayarlar → Abunəlik bölməsində göstərilir.
• Kartla ödəniş zamanı, işarəni götürmədiyiniz halda, kart avtomatik yenilənmə üçün yadda saxlanılır. Yenilənmə ödənilmiş müddət bitməzdən bir qədər əvvəl tutulur, kart rədd edildikdə bir neçə gün təkrar cəhd edilir. Avtomatik yenilənməni istənilən vaxt Ayarlar → Abunəlik bölməsində söndürə bilərsiniz.

6. Məqbul istifadə

Tam qaydalar /acceptable-use səhifəsindədir. Qısaca, IXSocial-dan aşağıdakılar üçün istifadə etmək olmaz:

• Qanunsuz, təhqiredici, zorakılığa təhrik edən və ya aldadıcı məzmunun dərci.
• Spam, saxta aktivlik və avtomatlaşdırılmış kütləvi göndərişlər.
• Üçüncü şəxsin əqli mülkiyyət və ya şəxsi həyat hüquqlarını pozan məzmun.
• Real şəxsin üzündən və ya səsindən onun razılığı olmadan istifadə.
• Platformanın texniki məhdudiyyətlərini və ya kredit sistemini aşmağa, yaxud icazəsiz girişə cəhd.
• Xidmətin sizə aid olmayan sosial şəbəkə hesabları üçün istifadəsi.

7. Məzmun üzərində hüquqlar

Platformaya yüklədiyiniz mətn, şəkil, səs yazısı və digər materiallar, eləcə də süni intellekt alətləri ilə yaratdıqlarınız, qanunun icazə verdiyi həddə sizə aiddir. Xidmətin işləməsi üçün — məzmunu saxlamaq, emal etmək və sizin göstərişinizlə qoşulmuş kanallara dərc etmək məqsədi ilə — IKTex-ə məhdud, geri götürülə bilən lisenziya verirsiniz.

IKTex məzmununuzu reklam məqsədi ilə istifadə etmir və üçüncü tərəflərə satmır.

8. Süni intellektlə yaradılan məzmun və aparıcılı videolar

Mətn, şəkil, səs və videolar üçüncü tərəf süni intellekt modelləri (məsələn, Google Gemini və ElevenLabs; tam siyahı /subprocessors səhifəsindədir) tərəfindən yaradılır. Yaradılan nəticələrin dəqiqliyi, orijinallığı və ya hüquqi uyğunluğu təmin edilmir — dərcdən əvvəl məzmunu yoxlamaq sizin məsuliyyətinizdir.

Aparıcı real şəxsin fotoşəkilləri və ya səs yazıları əsasında yalnız həmin şəxs bu şəkildə çəkilməyə və səsləndirilməyə razılıq verdikdə yaradıla bilər və tələb olunduqda bu razılığı göstərə bilməlisiniz. Platformanın qaydaları və ya qanun tələb etdikdə məzmunun süni intellektlə yaradıldığını bildirmək sizin məsuliyyətinizdir.

9. Xidmətin əlçatanlığı

Xidmət "olduğu kimi" təqdim olunur. Fasiləsiz işləmə zəmanəti verilmir; texniki xidmət, provayder nasazlıqları və ya sosial şəbəkə API-lərindəki dəyişikliklər dərci gecikdirə və ya dayandıra bilər.

Planlaşdırılmış postun dərci üçüncü tərəf platformalarının API-lərindən asılıdır. Platforma tərəfindən rədd edilən dərclər üçün IKTex məsuliyyət daşımır, lakin xəta səbəbi platformada göstərilir.

10. Məsuliyyətin məhdudlaşdırılması

Qanunun icazə verdiyi maksimum həddə, IKTex dolayı, təsadüfi və ya nəticə etibarilə yaranan zərərlərə — itirilmiş gəlir, məlumat itkisi və ya reputasiya zərəri daxil olmaqla — görə məsuliyyət daşımır. İstənilən tələb üzrə IKTex-in ümumi məsuliyyəti şirkətinizin tələb yaranmazdan əvvəlki üç ay ərzində xidmət üçün ödədiyi məbləğlə məhdudlaşır.

11. Dayandırma, xitam və hesabın silinməsi

Hesabınızı istənilən vaxt saytda və ya tətbiqdə Profil səhifəsində silə bilərsiniz. Şirkətinizin sonuncu administratorusunuzsa, hesabınızın silinməsi bütün şirkəti — brendləri, postları, kanalları və digər məlumatları ilə birlikdə — silir. Nəyin silindiyi və nəyin saxlanıldığı /data-deletion səhifəsində təsvir olunub. Hesabın silinməsi ödənilmiş müddətin geri qaytarılmasına səbəb olmur.

Bu şərtlərin və ya /acceptable-use qaydalarının ciddi və ya təkrar pozulması halında, yaxud qanun tələb etdikdə IKTex girişi geri ödəniş etmədən dayandıra və ya bağlaya bilər.

12. Mobil tətbiq və tətbiq mağazaları

• Bu şərtlər yalnız sizinlə IKTex arasındadır. Apple və Google bu şərtlərin tərəfi deyil və tətbiqə, onun məzmununa, texniki xidmətinə və ya dəstəyinə görə məsuliyyət daşımır.
• Tətbiqdən istifadəniz cihazınıza aid App Store və ya Google Play şərtlərinə də uyğun olmalıdır.
• Apple və onun törəmə şirkətləri bu şərtlərin üçüncü tərəf benefisiarlarıdır və iOS tətbiqinə aid hissədə onları sizə qarşı tətbiq edə bilərlər.

13. Dəyişikliklər, tətbiq olunan qanun və əlaqə

Şərtlər dəyişdikdə səhifədəki "Son yenilənmə" tarixi yenilənir; əhəmiyyətli dəyişikliklər barədə e-poçt vasitəsilə məlumat verilir. Bu şərtlərə Azərbaycan Respublikasının qanunvericiliyi tətbiq olunur, mübahisələrə Azərbaycan Respublikasının məhkəmələrində baxılır.

1. The service

IXSocial is a platform for drafting, approving, scheduling, and publishing social media posts to connected accounts, with AI tools for writing text and creating images and presenter videos. Where a company has a separate written agreement with IKTex (for example an Enterprise contract), that agreement prevails over these terms where the two conflict.

2. Who may use IXSocial

IXSocial is a tool for businesses and professionals. You must be at least 16 years old and, when you accept these terms for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

3. Accounts, companies and roles

• You can sign in with an email address and password, with Google, or with Apple. Keep your sign-in details confidential and do not share an account between people.
• Every account belongs to one company. A company’s administrators invite members, choose which brands each member can see, and can remove members.
• Keep your account details accurate. You are responsible for everything done under your account, and for telling info@iktex.az at once if you suspect misuse.

4. Connecting social media accounts

By connecting a channel you confirm that you own the account, or are authorised to act on its behalf. IXSocial publishes only on your instruction.

The terms of use and content policies of the connected platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok) apply in addition to these terms. IKTex is not liable for restrictions those platforms impose on your account as a result of breaching their policies.

Access token lifetime is set by the platform (60 days for Meta). Once a token expires, the channel must be reconnected.

5. Plans, credits and payment

Payments, cancellation and refunds are described in detail on /refunds, which forms part of these terms.

• A company needs a plan to create and publish posts. Free gives a one-time amount of AI credits; Basic is the app without AI; paid plans add a monthly AI allowance and more brands; Enterprise is agreed with our team.
• AI actions spend credits ("t"). The cost of an action is shown before you run it. A paid plan’s allowance is granted at the start of every monthly period, on monthly and yearly billing alike, and does not carry over to the next period.
• Brands beyond the plan’s limit can be bought as paid extras where the plan offers them.
• Paid plans are bought by bank card through our payment provider, monthly or yearly. Current prices are shown on the pricing page and in Settings → Subscription before you pay.
• A card payment saves the card for automatic renewal unless you untick it. The renewal is charged shortly before the paid term ends and retried for a few days if the card is declined. You can turn auto-renew off at any time in Settings → Subscription.

6. Acceptable use

The full rules are on /acceptable-use. In short, you may not use IXSocial for:

• Publishing unlawful, abusive, violence-inciting, or deceptive content.
• Spam, fake engagement, and automated bulk distribution.
• Content that infringes a third party’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Using a real person’s face or voice without their consent.
• Attempting to circumvent the platform’s technical limits or credits, or to gain unauthorised access.
• Using the service for social media accounts that are not yours.

7. Rights in content

The text, images, recordings, and other material you upload remain yours, and so does what you create with the AI tools, to the extent the law allows. You grant IKTex a limited, revocable licence to store and process that content and to publish it to your connected channels on your instruction — solely so the service can operate.

IKTex does not use your content for advertising and does not sell it to third parties.

8. AI-generated content and presenter videos

Text, images, voices, and videos are generated by third-party AI models (such as Google Gemini and ElevenLabs; the full list is on /subprocessors). No warranty is given as to the accuracy, originality, or legal compliance of generated output — reviewing content before publishing it is your responsibility.

A presenter may be based on a real person’s photos or voice recordings only if that person has given you their consent to be filmed and voiced this way, and you can show that consent on request. You are responsible for disclosing AI-generated content wherever a platform’s rules or the law require it.

9. Availability

The service is provided "as is". No uninterrupted operation is warranted; maintenance, provider outages, or changes to social media APIs may delay or prevent publishing.

Publishing a scheduled post depends on third-party platform APIs. IKTex is not liable for posts those platforms reject, though the failure reason is surfaced in the platform.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IKTex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, data loss, or reputational harm. IKTex’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your company paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

11. Suspension, termination and account deletion

You can delete your account at any time on the Profil page, on the website or in the app. If you are your company’s last administrator, deleting your account deletes the whole company with its brands, posts, channels, and other data. What is deleted, and what is kept, is described on /data-deletion. Deleting an account does not refund paid time.

IKTex may suspend or close access, without a refund, in the event of a serious or repeated breach of these terms or of /acceptable-use, or where the law requires it.

12. The mobile app and app stores

• These terms are between you and IKTex only. Apple and Google are not parties to them and are not responsible for the app, its content, maintenance, or support.
• Your use of the app must also comply with the App Store or Google Play terms that apply to your device.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you as far as they concern the iOS app.

13. Changes, governing law, and contact

When these terms change, the "Last updated" date on this page is revised; material changes are announced by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and disputes are settled by the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
