1. Hostinq və e-poçt

• Contabo — tətbiq serveri və PostgreSQL verilənlər bazası. Bütün hesab, şirkət, brend, post və ödəniş qeydləri burada saxlanılır.
• Cloudflare (R2) — fayl yaddaşı. Post şəkilləri və videoları, brend loqoları, aparıcıların fotoları və səs yazıları burada saxlanılır.
• E-poçt provayderimiz (SMTP) — təsdiq, şifrə sıfırlama və bildiriş e-poçtlarını çatdırır. E-poçt ünvanınızı və məktubun mətnini alır.

2. Süni intellekt

• Google (Gemini API) — post mətnləri, şəkilləri və videoları yaradır, brendi onun açıq veb saytından araşdırır, xəbər postları üçün Google Axtarışla xəbər tapır və dəstək çatındakı suallara cavab verir. Hər sorğu üçün lazım olan promptları, brend məlumatlarını, şəkilləri və mesajları alır.
• ElevenLabs — yüklədiyiniz səs yazılarından aparıcının səsini klonlayır, aparıcı ssenarilərini səsləndirir və aparıcı səsini mətnə çevirir. Səs yazılarını və ssenari mətnini alır.

3. Daxil olma

Yalnız bu üsulla daxil olmağı seçsəniz istifadə olunur:

• Google — "Google ilə daxil ol". Adınızı, e-poçt ünvanınızı və hesab identifikatorunuzu bizə ötürür.
• Apple — "Apple ilə daxil ol". E-poçt ünvanınızı (və ya gizli yönləndirmə ünvanını), adınızı və hesab identifikatorunuzu bizə ötürür.

4. Sosial şəbəkələr

Yalnız qoşduğunuz kanallar üçün. Onlar dərc etdiyiniz postları və sizin adınızdan işləməyimizə icazə verən giriş tokenini alır:

• Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) — post dərci, istəyinizlə silinməsi və statistikasının oxunması.
• LinkedIn — post dərci.
• TikTok — post dərci.

5. Ödənişlər və referallar

• M-Solution (mPay) — saytda və tətbiqdə planların kartla ödənişi və yadda saxlanmış kartla avtomatik yenilənmə. Kart məlumatları mPay-in səhifəsində daxil edilir; IXSocial yalnız kart tokenini, kart nömrəsinin gizlədilmiş formasını, kartın növünü, bankını və bitmə tarixini saxlayır.
• Apple App Store və Google Play — yalnız mobil tətbiqdə mağaza vasitəsilə edilən alışlar üçün.
• RefBonus — referal kodları. Yalnız referal kodu istifadə olunduqda: kodu, şirkətin daxili identifikatorunu və ödəniş məbləğini alır.

6. Mobil tətbiq

• Expo — push bildirişlərini Apple və Google vasitəsilə mobil tətbiqə çatdırır. Cihazın push tokenini və bildirişin mətnini alır.

7. Nə etmirik

• Contabo — application server and PostgreSQL database. Holds all account, company, brand, post and payment records.
• Cloudflare (R2) — file storage. Holds post images and videos, brand logos, and presenter photos and recordings.
• Our email provider (SMTP) — delivers verification, password reset and notification emails. Receives your email address and the message.

2. Artificial intelligence

• Google (Gemini API) — generates post texts, images and videos, researches a brand from its public website, finds news for news posts with Google Search, and answers support chat questions. Receives the prompts, brand details, images and messages needed for each request.
• ElevenLabs — clones a presenter’s voice from the recordings you upload, speaks presenter scripts, and transcribes presenter audio. Receives the voice recordings and the script text.

3. Sign-in

Used only if you choose to sign in this way:

• Google — "Sign in with Google". Shares your name, email address and account identifier with us.
• Apple — "Sign in with Apple". Shares your email address (or a private relay address), name and account identifier with us.

4. Social networks

Only for the channels you connect. They receive the posts you publish and the access token that authorises us to act for you:

• Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) — publishing posts, deleting them on request, and reading their statistics.
• LinkedIn — publishing posts.
• TikTok — publishing posts.

5. Payments and referrals

• M-Solution (mPay) — card payments for plans on the web and in the app, and automatic renewal with a saved card. Card details are entered on mPay’s page; IXSocial keeps only the card token, the masked card number, its type, bank and expiry date.
• Apple App Store and Google Play — only for purchases made through the store in the mobile app.
• RefBonus — referral codes. Only when a referral code is used: receives the code, an internal company reference and the payment amount.

6. Mobile app

• Expo — delivers push notifications to the mobile app through Apple and Google. Receives the device’s push token and the notification text.

7. What we do not do
